Martensitic stainless steel "EXEO-CR20"

High strength and rust-resistant original from Fujikoshi. Samples of various shapes and sizes are currently available. *Sample stock list is also being distributed.

The "EXEO-CR20" is a martensitic stainless steel that achieves both high hardness and high corrosion resistance through its unique component design and dissolution technology. In our in-house tests, we confirmed a high hardness of around 60 HRC and a tensile strength exceeding 2 GPa. Additionally, it has achieved wear resistance equivalent to SUS440C and corrosion resistance greater than SUS420J2. It suppresses coarse carbides, excels in fatigue strength, and also has good grindability, contributing to reduced processing time. 【Features】 ■ Realizes the refinement of carbides and reduction of non-metallic inclusions ■ Applicable to parts requiring corrosion resistance and high hardness, such as fuel injection system components, rotating and sliding parts, cutting tools, and medical instruments. ★ Samples are currently available! If you wish to receive one, please apply through the "Contact Us" section. Additionally, you can view the available stock and other details by clicking the download button for the "Sample Stock List & Manufacturing Capabilities."

Martensitic stainless steel "ASK-3900"

High hardness and high corrosion resistance, biocompatibility evaluation obtained, medical device grade new stainless steel 'ASK-3900'.

"ASK-3900" is a martensitic stainless steel that combines hardness comparable to SUS440C and corrosion resistance equivalent to SUS630. Biological safety tests conducted (GLP standards) Negative confirmation obtained through cell characteristics/skin sensitization/intradermal reaction tests. *Suitable characteristics for surface contact equipment such as steel small parts. 【Features】 ■ By suppressing primary carbides, it achieves better machinability than SUS440C. ■ By adding Cr, Mo, and N, it achieves corrosion resistance exceeding SUS420J2 and SUS440C, comparable to SUS630 and 303. ■ Achieves approximately 1.6 times the cold workability of SUS440C. ■ By adding C and N, it achieves hardness comparable to SUS440C, exceeding SUS420J2. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Martensitic stainless steel [TOKUSHU KINZOKU EXCEL CO., LTD.]

It is a stainless steel that can achieve very high strength and can have a wide range of mechanical properties by adjusting the tempering conditions.

Stainless steel which has a higher Carbon content than ferritic stainless steel, and can be hardened by quenching (heat treatment) to create a martensitic structure. ■SUS420J2 is classified as a martensitic stainless steel, and although it is a stainless steel, can be hardened through quenching and tempering heat treatment. Because of its marketability, price, and usability, it is widely used in various fields. Our annealed finish makes the carbides completely spheroidized, making processing easier and has excellent hardenability. ■RB-S is classified as a martensitic stainless steel, and although it is a stainless steel, can be hardened through quenching and tempering heat treatment. With a higher Carbon content compared to SUS420J2, great hardening occurs during quenching, it has the highest level of hardness among stainless steels. Because it is quite hard even after annealing, less suitable for complex processing, but it is an ideal material for blades. ■RB-X is classified as a martensitic stainless steel, and although it is a stainless steel, can be hardened through quenching and tempering heat treatment. It has superior corrosion resistance than RB-S due to higher Chromium content and addition of Nickel and Molybdenum. Because its Carbon content is slightly lower than RB-S, the hardness after quenching is slightly lower. For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
